This guide addresses developers of software applications that interact with the VoipNow Professional telephony features via web services.

Required Knowledge and Skills

Anyone with basic scripting and programming skills as well as general minimal knowledge of REST services should be able to use the CallAPI service efficiently. Developers or designers of standalone software applications integrating VoipNow Professional resources with third-party applications via REST web services will be able to use CallAPI properly, simply by following the instructions in this manual.
