Before Upgrade

Upgrade from VoipNow Version Older Than 5.0.

This upgrade is not supported. Please upgrade first to VoipNow 5.2.5 or a later version.

Upgrade from VoipNow Version Newer Than 5.0.

No special instructions should be followed.

Installation/upgrade

In order to install or upgrade to VoipNow 5.6.1, download the installer on your server by executing the command below:

curl https://www.4psa.com/voipnow/release-2022.2 -o /etc/yum.repos.d/4psa.repo

The installer is compatible with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8, AlmaLinux 8. VoipNow 5.6.1 will not run on other Linux distributions.

Install the downloaded package:

dnf -y install voipnow-installer

Run the installer by executing the following command:

voipnow-installer

This script can upgrade from VoipNow 5.x versions.
