This page contains instructions on how to navigate through the VoipNow Automation interface, including menu, table, and search functions as well as various types of controls.

The navigation panel

VoipNow Automation groups all the important features into several categories that can be accessed at any time from the navigation panel, which is available on the left side of the screen.

The Automation main menu has several areas.

  • Customer accounts: The Customer Accounts Management page displays a list with all the customers currently set up in the system, while also providing the tools required to manage them and to add new ones.
  • Store items: The Items Management page displays a list with all the items currently set up in the system, while also providing the tools required to manage them, to group them into categories and to add new ones.
  • Orders: The Orders Management page displays a list with all the placed orders, while also providing the tools required to manage them and to manually add new ones.
  • Order deployment: The Orders Deployment Management page displays a list with all the issued invoices, while also providing the tools required to manage them.
  • Invoices: The Invoices Management page displays a list with all the deployed items, while also providing the tools to schedule services for future deployments.
  • Setup: The system templates, the license, the cloud technologies and provisioning templates, the payment preferences or the system behavior are some of the options that can be configured from the Preferences Management page.
