If you have a business or a contact center with a high call traffic, VoipNow’s Call Reports feature allows you to automatically keep track of all the incoming and outgoing call flows. This tool enables you to monitor and assess your agents’ performance as well as track overall call costs with zero effort.

This article explains the information gather gathered in Call Reports based on your selected criteria. Also, you will learn how to export these reports in case you need them in other formats, i.e. .xls or .csv.

  • Search Calls, where you get to set the call report filters. For explanations on each filter, including the latest additions made available in VoipNow 5.X.X - i.e. Group calls by CallID, Call Supervising and User Calls, move on to the next chapterscroll down the page.
