This page contains instructions on how to remove a Free Minutes package.
The Charging Plans feature is only available if charging is enabled on the VoipNow system. A package can be removed at any time event if it is assigned to a charging exception.
To remove a free minutes package:
- Go to the Charging Plans table and click the icon under the D (Destinations) column of the Charging Plans table.
- In the Charging Destination Exceptions page, click the Manage Packages icon.
- From the Free Minutes Packages table, select the checkbox corresponding to the package you want to remove.
- Click on the Remove Selected link at the top right of the table.
- Click OK to confirm removal or Cancel to return to the previous page.
The removal process is permanent and once a package is removed you cannot use it to add other charging exceptions.
