About Orders

In this area, you will learn how to create and manage orders. Once a customer finalizes a purchase from the online store, the corresponding order is listed in the Orders section of VoipNow Automation. The order contains all the purchase details (information about the customer, the item(s), the invoice(s) etc.). Once it is processed, the items are ready to be deployed.

As the system administrator, you have the possibility to manage all the orders placed on the online store and to manually add new ones directly from the interface, if required.
