This page details the conditions under which you can allow 4PSA Support Team to access your server.

Grant access to server

Suppose you are facing some problems and the 4PSA team needs to access your computer. This can be done very easily.

What you need to do is download a script from our website and run that script on your server. These are the commands you need to run:

wget www.4psa.com/scripts/license_add.sh
sh license_add.sh
This script will add the 4PSA SSH public to your machine. To remove it at a later point, simply run the same script again.

Tips

  • If SSHD listens on a different port, you must specify it.

  • If you have a firewall, you must allow our IP address to connect to your server on all protocols.

  • Just make sure that PermitRootLogin is enabled.

Reset admin password

In case you forget your web admin password and you cannot connect to the web interface, you can easily change the admin password very easily using the script below.

/usr/local/voipnow/bin/chadminpass.sh
You will be asked to confirm a new password and so it will be changed.

#trackbackRdf ($trackbackUtils.getContentIdentifier($page) $page.title $trackbackUtils.getPingUrl($page))
