VoipNow 5.6.1

This document contains all the changes performed in VoipNow 5.6.1.

Important Notes

Please read VoipNow Deprecating Notice before going further.

This upgrade is not supported. Please upgrade first to VoipNow 5.2.5 or a later version.

No special instructions should be followed.

In order to install or upgrade to VoipNow 5.6.1, download the installer on your server by executing the command below:

curl https://www.4psa.com/software/zen.release-2022.2 -o /etc/yum.repos.d/zen.repo

The installer is compatible with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8, AlmaLinux 8. VoipNow 5.6.1 will not run on other Linux distributions.

Install the downloaded package:

dnf -y install voipnow-installer

Run the installer by executing the following command:

/usr/bin/voipnowinstaller

This script can upgrade from VoipNow 5.x versions.

The current release notes contain only the changes that in our opinion might affect existing VoipNow customers.
