This page contains instructions on how to manage a user's collec= tion of phone numbers and corresponding categories.
VoipNow allows control and filtering over a user's outgoing calls throug= h a clear definition of accessible call destinations, i.e. specific phone n= umbers. To easily manage these restricted phone numbers, you can create var= ious database categories. With this setting in place, the user will be able= to call any phone number that is not part of the database category. The da= tabase contains the categories and the corresponding phone numbers used for= screening the user's outgoing calls.

In order to add numbers, at least one database category must be defined = for the user. However, note that you cannot add a new number to a category = defined for other accounts.

Database categories are phone number collections used for screening purp= oses, as detailed in the Call Screening section.
The difference between the administrator's database categories and the u= ser's is the inheritance level. Only one level is available, the Us= er Level, which means the database category is visible to the orga= nization and the user accounts.
