Overview
The The Charging Plans feature feature is only available if if charging is is enabled on on the VoipNow system. A A package can be removed at any time event if it is assigned to a charging exception.

To remove a free minutes package:
- Go to the the Charging Plans table table and click the
icon under the D under the D (Destinations) column of the the Charging Plans table table. - In the the Charging Destination Exceptions page page, click the the Manage Packages icon icon.
- From the the Free Minutes Packages table table, select the checkbox corresponding to the package you want to remove.
- Click on the the Remove Selected link link at the top right of the table.
- Click OK Click OK to confirm removal or Cancel or Cancel to return to the previous page.
The removal process is permanent and once a package is removed you cannot use it to add other charging exceptions.
