Overview

The The Channel Cost Management for <channel_name> page page allows you to:

• visualize costs associated with channel for various call destinations
• add new channel costs
• replace all costs associated with channel
• export costs to a a .csv file file
• remove costs from the database

VoipNow allows you to export the channel costs to a a .csv filecsv file. The exported exported .csv file csv file can be later shared among VoipNow servers or can be used for backup purposes.

To export channel costs:

1. Click the the Export all costs link link at the top of the costs table.
2. Save .csv file csv file to your system.

Search for channel costs

...

1. Enter the name in the text box at the top of the table.
2. Click the the Search button button.  The The system will remember the search criteria when a new search is performed and even after the user logs out.

1. Select the channel cost's corresponding checkbox.
2. Click the the Remove selected link link.
3. Click OK Click OK to confirm the removal.  Click Cancel Click Cancel if you are not sure that you should delete this record. The removal operation is permanent and once it is complete the channel cost cannot be restored.
