There are cases when you want to find out if the person that placed a calls is the real owner of the extension. To do that you need to identify the source IP of the phone that initiated the call.
Step-by-step guide
It is assumed that you are using a CentOS 6.x, CentOS 7.x and you have latest version of VoipNow 3.5 installed.
- Go to the Reports → Call reports page.
- Click on Show Columns and check Caller IP.
- The IP of the phone that started the call should show up in reports.
