About Email Templates
VoipNow can send email notifications to its users when standard events occur. The text of the notifications can be customized and the system can be set up to send specific notifications to predefined users.
To set up such system notifications on occurring events, go to Unified Communications in the side menu and click on the Email Templates icon in the System Templates area.
