This document contains the hardware requirements for VoipNow. These apply to both single computer and distributed deployments.

Requirements
Generally, hardware nodes should be deployed having these requirements in mind:
- Intel Xeon or AMD Epyc compatible CPU. Minimum 12 cores, AES-NI instruction support is mandatory.
- 32 GB of RAM
- 480 GB storage system, SSD backed, fault-tolerant (database storage)
- 1 TB files storage (not necessary with cloud object storage)
- 1 Gbps networking
In case of virtualization, we highly recommend to not over-provision RAM and CPU and have at least 1/3 reservation.
The following partitioning scheme is recommended:
