Create PhoneCalls
The following types of phone calls can be created:

| Simple calls | POST /phoneCalls/userId/simple | Refers to calls made between two parties. |
| Conference calls | POST /phoneCalls/userId/conferenceInvite | Refers to calls made using a conference. |
| Callback calls | POST /phoneCalls/userId/callback | Refers to calls made using a callback extension. |
