About Sounds ​
VoipNow has many features where sounds play an important role: auto-attendant and welcome messages, music on hold or event announcements. You can define them at system level or at user level using the options detailed in this area.
To see these options in the interface, go to Unified Communications and click on the Sounds icon in the Assets area.
