About Channel Costs ​
The Channel Costs feature only becomes available if you opted for a paid charging plan in the channel setup process. There are two ways you can access all options related to channel costs: either go to Channels in the side menu and click on the 
icon in the C column of the Channels List or navigate to a channel's context page and click on the Manage Channel Costs icon.
