About Channels ​
Channels are used to communicate with the outside world. They transmit the information from and to the callers inside and outside the system.
VoipNow allows you to manage the channels, the groups used for routing the outgoing calls, the public phone numbers or the channel groups. To maximize your revenue, you can design and configure a communication layout to meet your business requirements. The Channel Management page groups all the features available into several separate sections. You may access the page with a simple click on the Channels link in the left navigation panel.
